Visual3D Tools Loading static and dynamic files
This tutorial shows you how to load static and dynamic files into Visual3D.
As you collect motion capture data, you are most likely going to collect both dynamic and static trials. Each motion file needs to have a static (calibration) file associated with it to track the segments. The static file is used to create a subject-specific biomechanical model, which will then be used to track segments using scientifically validated methods.
During data collection, it is common to record multiple static trials, each of which will be associated with a number of dynamic trials. In Visual3D, you can easily link those files as you load them.
